At Altech Supercall Cellular you become eligible for a phone Upgrade from the 21st month of your Contract. Providing that you renew your Contract, you are entitled to a new phone (either for free or at a substantial discount). Many people confuse upgrades and Tariff migrations. A migration occurs when you change from one Package (or Tariff) to another, for example, from Vodacom's Weekend Package to a Talk 100 Package. Migrations do not entitle you to a new phone.

There are many factors to take into account, from the look of the phone to the way on which you plan to use it. For instance, if you are away from your home or office for extended periods of time, you will need a phone with a long battery life. For other people, size is the biggest issue – often the smaller the better.
