FAQ's

  • You may book in your handset for a repair at any Altech Autopage Cellular outlet, at applicable handset manufacturers and not directly to a repair center.
  • Please ensure to state your email address when booking in your handset. In this way, we are able to keep you updated! Also, please remember to back up any data including contacts you may have.
  • All repairs are carried out by manufacturer approved repair centers.
  • Should my handset be declared BER (Beyond Economical Repair), Altech Autopage Cellular will return the handset without being repaired.

These are charges linked to a WASPA Service Provider. E.g. subscribing to information services i.e. obtaining stock exchange or weather updates

You have a choice of which day you would like to debit your bank account 1st; 2nd; 5th, 7th, 15th, 20th, 22nd or 25th.

  • Monthly payments are due 15 days from date of invoice. Please remember to use your CELL number as a reference on your deposit slip. If you are making a payment via EFT, your CELL number is captured within the ‘Your Reference’ field.
  • This allows Altech Autopage Cellular to assign your payment automatically to your account. Failure to add the correct reference creates unnecessary delays in allocating your payment to the correct account, resulting in possible interruption of your service.

These are the prescribed Network Operator billing periods, i.e. MTN Bill period, 17th current month to the 16th of the next month; Vodacom Bill Period, 1st to the last day of the month; Cell C Bill Period, 1st to the last day of the month

These are pro rata charges that usually occur when you migrate from one package to the next or when you sign a new contract within your billing cycle.

The respective Network Operator billing information is received at various intervals during the 30 day period.

Autopage bills your monthly subscription amount in advance. The call, data, SMS, MMS & Value Added Service charges are billed 30 days in arrears OR as and when passed on by the respective Network Operators.
