What is the process to be followed?
There requirements are as follows if a natural person: Submit the following information: o Full names o Residential address and business or postal address and for those who reside in informal settlements, address of closest community centre where post is collected (Verification required by using a utility bill or latest 3 months bank statement or company letterhead) o Identity number o If a non-South African National, the passport number will need to be provided and o A face-face verification will be done so to ensure that the person in the photo of the ID document or Passport matches the description of the person presenting the ID document or Passport If a juristic person (company) the requirements are as follows: - Submit the following information:
- Full names of the business representative,
- The business name, registered address and the registration number
- verify the full name of business representatives letter with reference to their authority
- verification of the business name and business address and registration number of that company with reference to its registration document(s) or other similar document must be done
